Any necessary equipment to help you perform. Items can range from your baseball bat, batting gloves, etc. You will also be responsible for supplying a necessary camera, whether it be your phone, iPad, etc, so Teegan can FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom in for the one-on-one session.

After signing up for a Video Analysis plan you will gain access to the folder where we will communicate all video analysis. Simply click on the 'Members' tab at the top of the screen. From there, click on the Video Analysis folder and find your name. Within that folder we will send and receive all the videos.

If you are looking to attend a college or university and feel stuck or unsure where to start, Teegan will help guide you through via weekly phone or video calls. It can be an overwhelming process for some, so Teegan is here to provide guidance to those who have questions and are interested at playing baseball at the next level. 

The unique aspect of online training is you can train from anywhere! You will be responsible for finding the necessary facility, whether it be a batting cage in your basement, backyard, or renting out a cage at your local facility.

Try to keep your videos to 5 minutes in length as this will make for the smoothest sending and receiving process but feel free to fit as many swings as you want in those 5 minutes. A free video app I use is Splice which allows you to add multiple videos into one. There are also other free options out there. 

If you feel like you're lacking physicality in the batter's box, a bat speed program could be for you. It's not the only thing you can do to help you swing faster, but it will certainly help. Teegan will develop a plan detailing the drills, sets, and reps. If you follow it, you will come out swinging much faster.
